The All-Rite Preventative Maintenance Program has been developed to maintain your equipment and facility so that they remain in top condition. We provide systematic inspection, detection, and correction of budding problems either before they occur or before they develop into major defects.

Preventative Maintenance Service Details





OVERHEAD DOORS

  • Adjust spring tension (if needed)
  • Lubricate roller & track system
  • Inspect & adjust hinge hardware
  • Inspect lifting cables
  • Inspect bearing plates & shaft assembly
  • Adjust weather seal & tracks (if needed)

RUBBER / HIGH-SPEED DOORS

  • Adjust spring tension (if needed)
  • Lubricate bearing
  • Inspect and adjust curtain hardware
  • Inspect electric operator
  • Inspect bearing plates and shaft assembly
  • Adjust weather seal and tracks (if needed)
  • Inspect safety edge


HYDRAULIC DOCK LEVELERS

  • Inspect & adjust hydraulic power pack
  • Inspect complete structure & hinged lip
  • Check hydraulic cylinders
  • Remove all debris from pit
  • Oil &lubricate all pivot points
  • Inspect rubber dock bumpers

ELECTRIC OPERATORS

  • Inspect drive belts & mounting brackets
  • Inspect brake & clutch assembly
  • Inspect gear box, sprockets & drive chains
  • Inspect limit switches & trolley rails
  • Inspect push button assembly
  • Make any additional needed adjustments

ROLLING STEEL DOORS

  • Adjust spring tension (if needed)
  • Lubricate bearings
  • Inspect & adjust slat hardware
  • Inspect chain hoist or electric operator
  • Inspect bearing plates & shaft assembly
  • Adjust weather seal & tracks (if needed)


PASSAGE DOORS & HARDWARE

  • Inspect door frame, hinges, and perimeter weather seal
  • Inspect lock set/ panic bar/ thumb piece etc
  • Inspect door closer, threshold, sweeps, bolts
  • Clean and lubricate (if needed)
  • Make any necessary adjustments (if needed)

MECHANICAL DOCK LEVELERS

  • Adjust spring tension (if needed)
  • Adjust lip assist tension (if needed)
  • Inspect the structural frame & hinged lip
  • Remove all debris from pit
  • Oil & lubricate all pivot points
  • Inspect rubber dock bumpers

TRUCK RESTRAINTS

  • Inspect the caution light system
  • Inspect the restraint housing
  • Inspect all electrical wiring and limit switches
  • Clean and lubricate all pivot points

 

Further Considerations:


1) Your All-Rite Service Consultant will provide a full report on each item/piece of equipment

2) Your All-Rite Service Consultant will provide a written quotation on major repairs or structural damages noted on the service report

3) All-Rite's Quality Service Department recommends your preventative maintenance visit occur on a semi-annual or quarterly basis
