Triple Play "Gravity Swing" Solid Wood Core Impact Door
 Features:
- Will suit door opening sizes up to and including 8'0" wide
x 9'0" high
- Suitable for pedestrian, push cart, and motorized pallet traffic.
- Not recommended for man-ridden or high speed motorized traffic
- Available in a wide range of brand name high pressure laminate finishes
such as: Arborite, Formica, Wilsonart, Nevamar, in both solid and wood-grain
finishes.
- Available with metal cladding such as: stainless steel, anodized
aluminum, and galvanized steel, either solid or in combination
- All hinges and brackets are galvanized to resist corrosion
Recommended Jamb:
- 4" wide x ⅛" thick steel frame mounted to a solid foundation is
recommended for proper anchoring
Door Body:
- ¾" thick exterior grade wood core with a high pressure laminate or
⅛" ABS sheet (choice of brand, colour) chemically bonded to both sides
- Each panel has a clear ⅛" Lexan single pane window 9" wide x 14" high
Hinge Hardware:
- Jamb and floor mounted, cast steel v-cam gravity type, double acting,
swinging 90° in each direction.
- V-cam gravity hinge hardware is an assembly of a cast aluminum alloy
upper door clamp, fitted with a cast aluminum alloy v-cam follower complete
with a 1¼" diameter aircraft quality needle bearing cam yoke roller.
- Top v-cam and bottom bearing are fitted with a self-aligning spherical
bearing for smooth operation.
- All non-aluminum metallic parts are galvanized to resist corrosion.
