Series 4000, Model 4100 Flexible Rubber Impact Door
 Features:
- Series 4000 will suit door opening sizes up to and including 10'0"W x 10'0"H
- Suitable for high volume, high speed motorized traffic
- The flexible rubber panels absorb the overwhelming part of the impact,
greatly reducing the stress on the opening framework, thus eliminating
the need for spring bumpers.
- The rugged v-cam hardware is virtually maintenance free.
- Transoms available for doors higher than 10'
- For custom sizes consult All-Rite
- 6"W x ¼" thick steel frame mounted to a solid wall is recommended
for proper anchoring, supplied by others
- "Gravity Suspended" panels eliminate warping
Applications:
- Suitable for high volume, high speed motorized traffic.
Door Body:
- One piece black abrasion resistant ½" thick rubber
- "Gravity Suspended" between two 11 gauge roll formed steel frames
- Reinforced with corner gussets
- Each panel has one window, 11½" wide x 15½" high, of ⅛ thick clear safety acrylic in cast aluminum alloy frame
- Flexible gasket mounted at the header and jamb
- Door panels overlap 2-4" at the center
- One coat of top quality orange baking enamel is applied to all exposed metal parts
Hinge Hardware:
- Jamb mounted, v-cam gravity type, double acting, swinging 90° in each direction
- V-cam gravity hinge hardware is an assembly of 15⁄16” diameter
continuous steel posts with high strength cast steel alloy gravity v-cam
upper hinge bearing with a 1½" diameter aircraft quality needle bearing cam
yoke roller and high strength cast steel alloy lower bearing
- Doors over 9'0" in height will have an additional plain middle bearing
- Doors have an adjustable spring compensator
- All hardware and spring assembly is galvanized to resist corrosion.
