Model 4301 Rigid Insulated Commercial Impact Door
 The Model 4301 Rigid Insulated Impact Door is designed for door openings up to
8'-0"W x 8'-0"H where privacy into restricted area, temperature
control, and appearance are major considerations. The rugged v-cam
hardware is designed to be virtually maintenance free. Adjustable
spring to compensate for negative pressure. The 1¾" thick insulated
panels have the strength to withstand heavy push cart, and light
motorized pallet traffic while being light weight to service pedestrian
traffic. Large vision areas provide the maximum personnel safety.
Available in a large selection of colors. The foam filled interior and
full gasketing provides outstanding environmental control thus saving
money on energy costs.
Features:

x 8'0" high
- Double-Dutch models available for openings higher than 8 feet
- Ideally suited for pedestrian, push cart, and light motorized pallet traffic

- Not recommended for use with man-ridden or high speed motorized traffic, without the use of bollards

Door Body:
- 1¾" thick overall, double acting, shock absorbing construction.
- Face panels are ⅛" thick (¼" thick panels available; please
specify) high impact and abrasion resistant one piece "tuf plas" (specify
colour).
- Face panels are bonded to the PVC extrusion framework using an adhesive
that will withstand temperatures from 32° to 120° F and will not delaminate
under impact and/or stress
- There are no rivets, bolts, or exterior trim
- The interior door panels consist of internal support beams and urethane
foam for strength and insulation
- Door panels have full perimeter gasketing including top and bottom hinge
covers
- Gasketing is mounted in an extruded PVC track
- Each panel has a clear safety acrylic ⅛" thick double "thermopane"
window
- Standard window size for door panel(s) under 30" wide is 12" wide x 22"
high and for door panel(s) 30" wide and over window size is 20" wide x 22"
high.
Hinge Hardware:
- Jamb mounted, cast steel v-cam gravity type, double acting, swinging 90°
in each direction.
- V-cam gravity hinge hardware is an assembly of a cast aluminum alloy
upper door clamp, fitted with a cast aluminum alloy v-cam follower complete
with a 1¼" diameter aircraft quality needle bearing cam yoke roller
- The lower bearing consists of cast aluminum alloy door clamp, fitted
with a cast aluminum alloy bearing and an adjustable spring compensator.
- Top v-cam and bottom bearing are fitted with a long lasting nylon
bushing for smooth operation.
- All non aluminum metallic parts are galvanized to resist corrosion.
Colours:
Beige, black, blue, brown, green, grey, red, white.
