Electrical Operation:
Model 8500S high speed rolling door shall be electrically operated by a heavy duty drive unit featuring a self-inhibiting worm gear. The motor and gearbox are designed for high cycle operation. Magnetic switches are located in the door guides to read the location of the door's bottom edge to control door position. Basic operation features include a PLC System and variable frequency drive, self-monitoring feature, LED readout "Super Logic" box, automatic closing timer, emergency stop, one acting push button, an inline photocell, and a manual crank override for emergency manual operation.
Electric Motor:
A. Provides high-starting torque, enclosed non-ventilated electric motor sized to move door in either direction from any position at no less than the operating speed.
B. Motor: Three phase motor rated for 2 or 3 h.p.
Door Speed: 84" per second
Power Supply:
Primary Voltage is coordinated with building electrical system. Supply Rated at **208 **460 ***575 volt three phase, 60 Hz, 15 amps max.
