FIRE COUNTER DOORS
 All-Rite's FD10 Series Counter Fire Doors meet today's architectural demands
for beauty, reliable performance, and fire safety.
Rolling counter fire doors feature the following:
- Compact mechanical governor controls automatic closing speed to a range of
6" to 2' per second
- Oil tempered torsion springs designed for 20,000 life cycles
- Available for 3 hour, 1½ hour and ¾ hour ratings
- Approved in sizes to 96 square feet not exceeding 14' wide and 9' high
- Approved for all wall types (concrete, masonry, structural steel,
structural steel with gypsum board, gypsum wall partition with minimum 16
gauge metal stud)
- Reset from one side of opening reducing testing costs
- Sure-Close release spring increases reliability of automatic closings
- Testing doors in fully closed position will not damage mechanisms

When the automatic closing of the FD10 is coordinated
with a building fire alarm of smoke detector system, the counter fire
door can be connected to All-Rite's TEST-A-FIRE, FireFly and SureFire
Fire Door Release Systems.
These fire protection devices enhance the built-in protection of the FD10.
FIRESTOP COUNTER TOPS
Known for its contemporary styling and reliable
performance, All-Rite's rolling counter fire doors provide the same
degree of fire protection as the full-sized rolling service fire
door. As with our standard counter doors, counter fire doors are
engineered with properly sized components and trim.
 All-Rite's fire-rated counter tops complete the fire
protection package and eliminate the "envelope" for fire to gain
entry to the other side of the wall.
"Firestop" Counter
Tops, tested and labeled for 1½ hour ratings on interior openings,
are the only laminated, fire-rated counter tops available. For
maximum fire protection, FireStop counters are recommended for use
with all All-Rite's FD10 counter fire doors, and are specifically
required by authorities in many municipalities.
