Type: Mechanical or hydraulic (specify) edge-of-dock, hinged dock leveler welded to foundation dock face.

Vertical Travel: Working range up to 5" (127mm) above and below dock level.

Automatic Vertical Compensation: Unit provides float up to 5" (127mm) above and below dock level.

Automatic Lateral Compensation: and deck to compensate for canted (out of level) truck beds.

Lip Operation: : Lip automatically extends as unit is lowered onto truck bed. Lip is returned to stored position upon truck's departure. The length of the lip extension shall not be less than 15” (381mm) long on mechanical model and 16” (406mm) on hydraulic model.

Mechanical Model: Pulling the retractable handle back raises the spring-assisted deck to a vertical position. Pushing the handle forward lowers deck, and lip automatically extends.

Hydraulic Model: Electro-hydraulic raising of the deck, controlled from a remote mounted NEMA4 (water and dust tight) rated pushbutton control station, 3¼”W x 6½”H x 5 1/8”D (83 x 165 x 130mm) in size. Attendant presses the constant pressure type push button and deck is hydraulically powered to the vertical position. Attendant releases push button and lip extends while deck lowers. Self-contained power unit is ½ HP totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) Class B insulated motor for 115/1/60 electric supply.

Rated Capacity: Welding procedure compliant with A.W.S.D1.1 98 specifications. All units rated in compliance with ANSI MH14.1. UL approved electrical components. Capacities available in 20,000lb (9,090kg) 25,000lb (11,363kg) and 30,000lb (13,636kg)

Unit painted factory standard color.

Warranty:
Standard one-year parts and labor from date of shipment. Lifetime on main lift springs. All warranties are subject to standard limitations on liability. Consult All-Rite for full details.

Standard Accessories:
Two model DB13 molded rubber dock bumpers 10”W x 13”H x 4”D (254 x 330 x 101mm) mounted to heavy-duty bumper blocks
