Dock Safety

ML10 Mechanical Restraint Communication Lights System:
System includes exterior driver warning signs and red and green indicator lights. Control station includes red and green indicator lights and shall be NEMA12 (oil and dust resistant) rated with “ON”, “OFF” and “FLASHER” toggle switch. Overall dimension of control station not to exceed 8”W x 10”H x 5½”D (203 x 254 x 140mm). Exterior red and green lights shall be plastic and not exceed 9½”W x 4 ¾”H x 3”D (241 x 121 x 76mm). When restraint arm is not activated, the interior light is red and the exterior light is green. When dock attendant deploys restraint arm, interior light automatically changes to green, exterior light to red. Lights automatically reverse when restraint arm is released.

TL85 Automatic Combination Control Panel:
The ultimate in dock safety. A single control for both hydraulic dock leveler and TL85 Hydraulic Vehicle Restraint. Leveler operation is restricted until truck restraint secures trailer. Standard when ordered in combination with FH Hydraulic Dock Leveler or optioned with TL85 Hydraulic Vehicle Restraint to accommodate future dock installation.

The Super-Seal rotating hook vehicle restraint is designed to help prevent loading dock issues from:
